This weekend is filled with loads of Rusty Pickle goodness from the chefs and a little birdie told me that there maybe some wee treats up for grabs!
My Rusty Pickle creation is a mini book which I made for a raffle being held at our Inspire event at church this evening, so I have left spaces for the photos. The money raised will go towards Breast Cancer Research hence why I choose Rusty Pickle's Fair Verona collection for the soft pink touch. For the album base I used a corrugated square album which is great for adding a really distressed feel to your pages by ripping off the top layer leaving a rippled surface. I then applied acrylic paint to these pages using baby wipes. I used glimmer mist to add some sparkle to the pages and also a chipboard shape which after spraying glimmer mist on left an imprint on a page. Here are some images of the inside of the album
If at any point in the blog hop you hop off course for a wee bit don't forget that you can always head back to the Rusty Pickle blog and follow the trail of creations again!
Now before I send you on your way I think it would be rude not to offer up some Picklelicious blog candy for all you European Pickle Fans!! Yipppeee! This pack contains the RP items I used for the Always album, though instead of Fair Verona it is filled with Chocolate Covered Cherries.
RAK contains : 8 Sheets of Double Sided Chocolate Covered Cherries Paper, CCC Tag Set, CCC Trims, CCC Button Mix, Rusty Pickle Jottin' It Down Stamp Set, Corrugated Album
So just leave a comment below before midnight (GMT) on Sunday and you will be in with a chance of winning!! One winner will be picked randomly and I will post here on Monday, so do check back cause I may need your address ;)
I shall bid you farewell and send you on your way to the next blog which belongs to the talented Sarah Carrington, who will share some of her work to inspire you!
