Hello everyone, hope you had a wonderful weekend. We were braving the rain on Saturday to attended our local village gala. Mummy was left to help make costumes for the fancy dress disco and thanks to Craft Plant I was able to make my youngest a much wanted Osprey outfit! She is a huge fan of birds of prey and watches out for them all the time.
So here is the 'real' Osprey
And here is my DD Osprey
She enjoyed sticking on the oval pieces of felt I had cut out on to a peak cap. She had it all sussed out to where she wanted to have each piece. Family times are such fun even if your dining room is turned into a huge pile of cut up felt, cardboard and glue!
Speaking of family times, we had a brilliant time when we all met up in April and I love this photo that was taken of me and one of my brothers. I delved into my stock of Rusty Pickle and pulled out Under the Star and mixed it with some Lucky papers and then some left overs from the Scrap Rat May kit and this is what I created,
The kraft lined paper at the back is from Papermania. This is a pack of paper that you should have in your craft room! It is so versatile and is filled with lined, ledger, square and plain sheets. I also used the mini alphabets from My Little Shoebox for part of the title.
Thanks for stopping by!
