Aiko projects

Good morning!  The sun is shining here, blue skies and fluffy white clouds!
Today I would like to share with you a few more projects that I made with the Aiko collection from My Little Shoebox.  This is a really pretty collection with lots of flowers and blossom trees and the little oriental girls are just so sweet.

I made this little baskets from an origami book that my mum gave us and then decorated them with the stickers and alphabets from the collection.

Product Used :  MLS Aiko Little princess, MLS Aiko Bouquet, MLS Aiko Blue Sky, MLS Aiko Festival, MLS Aiko One Fine Day, MLS Aiko Flower Die Cut, MLS Aiko Cardstock Sticker

They were made for the 'Easter Egg' hunt but my DD's now have them on there desks filled with little trinkets.

Here is a card using the collection.  The papers have some gorgeous designs that can be cut out and used to create layers.   I used one of the stepper card blanks from Papermania as my base.  Stepper cards are fab for adding some dimension to your cards but allowing them to lie flat in the envelope .... well unless you didn't adorn it with the 3D flowers :)

Product Used : MLS Aiko Blue Sky, MLS Aiko One Fine Day, MLS Aiko Happy Notes, MLS Aiko March, MLS Aiko Kiss & Sky, MLS Aiko Flower Die Cut, Anitas White Organza Ribbon, Papermania Stepper Card Blank, Papermania Silver Adhesive stones

I used the scallop circle paper and added it the front of the card and then I cut around it to create the scalloped edge.

Well here's hoping for a creative day
