Hello!
It's been a busy couple of weeks, so I wasn't able to update the blog. I have had magazine commissions to work on plus life in general!
On March 1st, Ruby Rock-It started shipping the wonderful King and Queen Carnival collections. I was so looking forward to creating with this new line that was launched at CHA this winter. The Carnival King is filled with bright and bold colours where as they Carnival Queen is filled with soft pastel colours, so it suit all palettes!
Ruby Rock-It have some fantastic 300gsm card blanks which I have used a couple of times in these creations. This card is the A5 stepper card. I have to admit I love this shape of card as it allows you to create so many different things! I also used one of the Fundamentals birthday decoupages too as they fitted perfectly with this range.
Here I have used the one of the 5 x 5 embossed cards which I have cut in half to create this wee gift bag. The party picks make great little and easy embellishments.
I couldn't resist making this little badge with all the scraps of paper I had and one of the toppers in the birthday decoupage set.
I am sure I'll be creating more with these collections! Actually tomorrow we have a Ruby Rock-it Carnival blog hop tomorrow, so make sure you stop by!
Enjoy the day
Beckie :)
