An Easel Card with a Wee Twist

Wow did you enjoy the My Little Shoebox heartfelt blog hop? I really enjoyed hopping around the other DT members blogs and seeing all their takes on the sketch. It always amazes me how we can all see one sketch so differently! If you didn't hop then you can start at the MLS blog **Here**.
On Saturday I was up in Inverness at Howden's Garden Centre demoing which was great fun, even the strong winds didn't deter people coming and saying hi!
While preparing for the demo I had a wee play around with one of the card blanks and the easel cards. I have seen many of the double and even triple easel and the twisted ones. So I decided to mix and match a couple of the easel card folds and this is what I came up with.

It also looks fab with circular toppers, which is like the one I made at the demo.
To create this card I cut a card blank in half on one of the sides. On one of the cut sides I folded it in half to create an easel fold. The other side I folded diagonally to create the twisted easel. I then decorated with the Tulip papers and added my toppers. I kinda like this look and think I'll use it again :)
Thanks for stopping by
