CCSR and using the Silhouette .... finally!

Well I have actually used it before no but only just to 'see what it could do'! So when it was the turn of the Be Chic challenge on CCSR blog I decided to put this machine to work and earn it's space on my craft table!

I downloaded one of the favour box templates from the Silhouette SD gallery and set it cutting using different papers from Clare's range. The templates are great as they even score the line for you so putting it together is so simple!Before I attached the black strip and first put a line of DST through the middle of the pink piece, applied the black strip and then added the glitter to fill in the diamonds.

I decorated the box with some anitas silver organza ribbon, papermania flowers and brads.
